  Turmeric Powder 10:1 Extract Equivalent too 2000mg
Double Strength Turmeric powder 500mg
Black pepper Extract 95% ( piperine) 5mg
Capsules Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) Vegetarian Capsules.
Suggested Use: Take 1 – 2 Capsules daily with food and a glass of water. Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a qualified health care professional. We recommend spreading the dosage throughout the day as turmeric only stays in your system for up to 8 hours.
